• Your total bandwidth usage on the node has not exceeded 1 GB (Gigabyte).
• Your account has not been suspended for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., spam, malicious activity).

2. Crypto and Fiat Payments

Refunds for fiat payments (credit/debit cards, bank transfers) will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement. Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions and network fees.
