By accessing and using Favela Cloud Infrastructure ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. The Service is provided primarily for B2B clients, developers, and QA engineers for testing and infrastructure deployment.
Favela Cloud provides dedicated private nodes and network infrastructure. Access and management of the resources are automated exclusively through our official ChatOps integration. We do not provide public web dashboards for node management.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes. This includes, but is not limited to: distributing malware, conducting DDoS attacks, port scanning, spamming, or violating any intellectual property rights. Accounts found violating these rules will be terminated immediately without a refund.
Favela Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
